Gunner George Alfred Stainton died on the 14th of October 1918 age 28.
He served in No. 5 “C” Reserve Bde. Royal Field Artillery
He was the son of H. Stainton and Elizabeth Stainton. They lived at 1, Ebenezer Place. Morton, Gainsborough.
His headstone is one we hope can be restored.
