2nd. Lt. Hubert Philip Solomon. Buried in the General Cemetery. He has a Commonwealth War Graves Commission headstone.

The Friends have restored the headstones of two airmen who died during WWI.

Van Staden, Lt. Laurens J. was killed whilst night flying on April 26th 1918 age 24.

Menzies, Lt. James Arthur. Killed in a flying accident September 24th 1917, age 21.

Brophy, Lt. John Bernard. Killed when his plane crashed. 24th December 1916. Age 23.

When their headstones were restored, we held a ceremony and details about them were published in two booklets you can download.

Lt. Frank Allyn Benitz. Killed on 5th August 1918.
